The Fulton glass 4-foot T8 LED with an internal driver is the best energy-saving option when upgrading traditional linear T8 fluorescent lamps in fixtures containing standard G13 sockets. They can fit the existing G13 fluorescent fittings. There is no need to rewire...just change the starter.
